click on send and recieve and all your mails at one glance in your computer.......
TOOLS ----> Accounts ----> Mail ----> Add mail ----> Your name (mardy) ----> Your e-mail address (mardy007@gmail.com)
----> Incoming mail server : POP3
----> Incoming mail (POP3,IMAP or HTTP ) server
pop.gmail.com
----> Outgoing mail (SMTP) server.
smtp.gmail.com
----> your full e mail address
mardy007@gmail.com
----> your password
xxxxxxxxxx
----> check remember password (dont check any thing else )
click finish
done.........
----> not yet my friend
in INTERNET ACCOUNTS
----> click on properties
----> then on servers
check under outgoing mail server
----> my server requires authentication
click on advanced at the top right corner
**check the boxes { This server requires a secure connection (SSL) }
**change : outgoing mail : 465
incoming mail : 995
increase the server time out to maximum 5 minutes
check leave a copy of msegs if necessary ( if u want to leave the same messages in your gmail account )
click apply finish
and then OK
and ofcourse SEND & RECEIVE
you will be receiving all your mails
in your outlook express.......
