How to Disable "Network Access Control using IEEE 802.1x"

1. Have client go to Control Panel | Network Connection
2. Right-Click on the Wireless Network
3. Choose Properties
4. Click on the Authentication tab
5. Remove the check mark beside "Enable Network access control using IEEE 802.1x"

Windows XP SP2

1. Have client go to Control Panel | Network Connection
2. Right-Click on the Wireless Network
3. Choose Properties
4. Click on the Wireless Network tab
5. Click on the Properties button
6. Click on the Authentication tab


7. Remove the check mark beside "Enable IEEE 802.1x authentication for this network"
